Kelly Bergeron
I am a Wellness Strategist and Fitness Trainer Certified in nutrition, personal training, and DNA-based fitness, with over 20 years of experience across multiple fitness and coaching environments. I’m passionate about empowering individuals to build strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I believe the strength we build in the gym and the discipline we develop through nourishing our bodies translates into resilience in everyday life. Strength is transferable. When we learn to push through challenges on the mat or under the bar, we build the confidence to push through the challenges life throws at us. My own journey has shaped the way I coach. I reclaimed my confidence and purpose through fitness while overcoming emotional abuse and significant health challenges—including brain surgery, hysterectomy, knee injury, hormone depletion, and autoimmune concerns. Because of this, I coach from both knowledge and lived experience. My motto, “You can do hard things,” isn’t just something I say—it's something I’ve lived. And it’s the mindset I help my clients build, so they can rise into their strongest, most grounded, and most empowered selves.
